Due Dates for School Tax Bills
Bill Date: July 1, 2024
There are two payment options. Either pay the standard bill in full according to the due dates listed below or pay in three installments. Do not pay both. Payments must be post-marked by the due date. Local post offices do not postmark envelopes unless brought to the window.
Rebate Period: July 1- August 31, 2024
Face Period: September 1- October 31, 2024
Penalty Period: November 1- December 31, 2024
Installment Payment Due Dates:
August 15, 2024**
October 17, 2024
December 15, 2024
**The first installment payment must be post marked by August 15th in order to qualify for participation in the installment payment program. Failure to pay the first installment by this date disqualifies you from participating in the installment program.
Failure to receive a tax notice does not relieve any taxpayer from liability for prompt payment of taxes imposed by the taxing district. All taxpayers are charged with their taxes as though they had received notice and all necessary enforcement steps are taken to ensure payment. All unpaid taxes will be liened as of December 31, 2024.
